ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) is a highly specialized IVF technique where a single sperm is directly injected into an egg. It is used in most IVF cycles today, especially for male factor infertility. Specializing in ICSI makes you indispensable in any modern IVF lab.

Module 2 is almost entirely practical. Students perform ICSI procedures on training equipment and supervised live samples. By the end of the course, each student will have logged a significant number of supervised ICSI attempts, building real competency.

Basic embryology lab experience is helpful but not strictly required. The first module builds the foundational understanding of ICSI principles and micromanipulation. Practicing embryologists and IVF technicians will find the learning curve faster.

Grace Embryology uses Nikon and Leica inverted microscopes with hydraulic and electronic micromanipulators — the same setup used in leading IVF labs globally. Students train on industry-standard equipment to ensure immediate workplace readiness.
