Refund Policy

Understand our fee refund and cancellation policy for all programs offered at GRACE Embryology.

1. Overview

  • At GRACE Embryology, we are committed to delivering the highest quality education in Clinical Embryology and Assisted Reproductive Technology. We understand that circumstances may change, and this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which fees paid may be refunded.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the admissions office within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Refunds are applicable only to the tuition/program fee component. Registration, processing, and administrative fees are non-refundable.
  • Requests submitted after the cutoff dates specified below will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Students who have been expelled or withdrawn due to disciplinary reasons are not eligible for any refund.

3. Refund Schedule

The following schedule applies from the date of commencement of the enrolled program:

4. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Application / Registration fee
  • Prospectus and documentation charges
  • Lab kit and material charges (once issued)
  • Examination and certification fees
  • Any scholarship or financial aid component is non-transferable and non-refundable

5. Refund Process

  • Submit a written refund request to the Admissions Office at admission@graceembryology.com
  • Attach the original fee receipt, admission letter, and a valid government-issued photo ID.
  • The institute will process and acknowledge the request within 5 working days.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 15–20 working days of approval.
  • Refunds will be made in Indian Rupees (INR) only, regardless of the currency of original payment.

6. Program Cancellation

  • In the rare event that the institute cancels a program before commencement, enrolled students will receive a full refund of all fees paid, including registration and processing charges. The institute will notify affected students at least 15 days in advance wherever possible.

7. Deferral Policy

  • Students who wish to defer their enrollment to a future batch may do so once, subject to seat availability, by submitting a deferral request at least 14 days before program commencement. Deferred enrollment does not attract any additional fee. A second deferral request will be treated as a cancellation, and the standard refund schedule will apply.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from this Refund Policy shall first be addressed through our internal grievance process. Students may write to admission@graceembryology.com with the subject line "Refund Dispute".
  • If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be subject to arbitration under applicable Indian law, with jurisdiction in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

9. Policy Updates

  • GRACE Embryology reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website and email to enrolled students. The policy in effect at the time of your enrollment will govern your refund eligibility.
